"We stayed at hotel in August 2016 and it took me months to receive refund of extra charges for services which were not rendered. "Ines led us to a restaurant with a nice view after we've arrived and the charge for food was 30 soles. The trout was fresh and tasted good but a significant increase to what I have gathered from my research (20 soles for the same meal). At the homestay facility the lock of our room did not work.
