"I love the staff; the place is ok but could be better. Need more cleaning in the bathroom specially the walls.Food in the main restaurant is monotonous, it’s the same dishes everyday. Absolutely no fresh fruit for sale."

"This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like ..."

Nice place, but beware of the road leading there.
"Wonderful place and people. The cantina is nice. My only complaints are that the towels were super soft almost like microfiber and wouldn't absorb anything at all. So bring your own towels. One other thing, the road approaching is horrendous, simply awful. Oh and the dogs ... They are so nice, love ..."

"Place was spotless and clean, felt right at home once we arrived. Has great security walls on the outside, felt very safe. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to help us with the generator when there was a blackout. Has all the amenities that you would need. Definitely ..."
