"Great place to stay. We had a warm welcome and the restaurant food was excellent. Room very comfortable - large beds and all spotlessly clean. Ensuite bathroom and shower superb. Only thing missing was coffee/tea facilities but the Cafeteria is open all the time for that. We have stayed at lots of hotels on our journeys back and to England through Spain and France and this is the best yet by far. GS "

"This was a convenient functional stop for a Bilbao ferry the next morning. (Approx 2hrs) The guesthouse adjacent to the bar/cafe was warm and clean, well kept no-frills accommodation and served the purpose. There’s an ample parking area next to the bar & guesthouse when you turn off the main road, although it is not private. "Great hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful views of the valley and griffon vultures circling above the cliffs opposite. No restaurant meals on Wednesday as the chef has a day off but the bar menu was a fine alternative. It's a bit tricky to reach the hotel as the village's roads a very narrow and steep but it's not a problem with a little care."
