The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."
