Set back from the road leading through the familly friendly resort of Santo Tomas, this villa is just a couple of meters from it’s popular sandy beach. Its prestigious position offers amazing, uninterrupted sea views from the pool terrace, which is accessed by gated steps from the lounge terrace. The large pool area offers plenty of shaded areas, whilst the barbecue promises fun evenings dining al fresco.

Furnished in traditional Spanish style with cool, dark interiors and small patio with fountain at the entrance, the accommodation is spacious, with a distribution of bedrooms that lends itself perfectly to a large group traveling together.

Great Location - big pool.
It was as described but a small welcome back of very basics could have been provided. Bin liners, salt and pepper, olive oil, bread and milk perhaps. Nothing expensive but other properties do this very well. The cupboard was bare in this house! Hence only 4 stars overall.

What a view and location
Excellent family holiday Not cheap, but beautiful resort with 3 seafront restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Supermarket within 5 minutes had all we needed. Would happily stay again but perhaps when slightly cooler than the 30C plus we had in late summer

Very nice family holiday
The villa is situated in a premium position. The views are beautiful. The swimming pool is clean, well designed. The rooms and bathrooms are also well positioned that there is some privacy and at the same time all facilities are functional and practical. Maybe my bed mattress was not the most comfortable but it was a minor problem. Overall the villa is great for family holiday and we would like to return soon.

Villa avec situation exceptionnelle
Exceptionnelle situation de la villa à deux pas de la plage aux eaux claires. Très grande piscine. Magnifique jardin. Virginia est très réactive et a pu répondre à toutes nos questions. Petit bémol, l'âge de la villa se fait plus ressentir à l'intérieur, où l'atmosphère est assez sombre et tout n'est pas encore rénové. Certains sanitaires ou équipements sont fatigués. D'autres ont déjà été remis au goût du jour. Malgré le passage d'un chemin piéton et les entretiens extérieurs parfois un peu trop insistants, la situation de cette villa en fait un objet unique, où nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
