"We had a wonderful time staying here. The back yard is very private with a beautiful pool and lots of areas to relax. The kitchen is well supplied with just about everything you need. We did most of our cooking at the house since it is not close to a town to get dinner out. We went to beaches that were nice they were about 20 -30 minutes away, lots of people. There was a momma cat & daddy that shared their 3 babies with us that we enjoyed. We would stay here again."

"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had...

"The host / property manager was always very helpful, kind and highly flexible in any question. After a storm he immediately managed to start repairs in the house. Also helped us in various issues (like printing tickets etc). We were all very satisfied also with the house and equipment and with the location as well. "Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!"

Das Haus besteht aus 2 seperaten Wohnungen, unten ist ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Oben das gleiche nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großer Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Can’t recommend this home enough. Perfectly situated in Cala Figuera. The home was an ideal location for our multi generational family trip. The apartment downstairs was perfect for older folks. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating.
