"Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much"

"Very well equipped and spacious villa for a multi generation family holiday. Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Car is essential."

We contacted Homerti who was managing the property and they refused to help us or reimburse for the week, or even a partial reimbursement We would ask for a refund as we had to stay somewhere else for the week last minute."

"we stayed as 2 couples. However, we barely entered many rooms. If you stayed with 8 of you, which the property can easily accommodate, it is incredibly affordable. The outdoor speakers, terrace table, bbq, swimming pool is all you need as you look out over mountains. Air conditioning is very good also. Really easy to reach the port and the old town. Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat. "We stayed in August and had a truly amazing stay. This villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. The layout of the villa was great as each bedroom had it's own en-suite or bathroom right next door. The rooms are so spread out that you are not all in rooms next to each other. This would be great for larger families/groups. The outdoor space also had plenty of seating areas and loungers and the pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again!"
