Отель новый, современный с отличным расположением, к подъемникам 3 мин ходьбы. Персонал приветлив, еда не плохая. Из минусов- не говорят на английском, однообразие еды, нет бара или территории где можно провести время, нет рабочей сауны.

Расположение отеля отличное. Еда вкусная, но мало разнообразия. Отель не очень чистый. Стены в комнате очень грязные со следами обуви. Постель не меняли в течении 3 дней. Персонал очень внимательный.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable stay
Very close to the main entrance to Palandoken ski center in Erzurum. There are no on-site rental facilities at Sport Otel, but it didn't matter very much. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly and accomodating – they made gluten-free rice for my friend (rice without the added wheat products that are in many Turkish pilafs).

Perfectly fine
WiFi was a bit patchy in the room but fine in public areas. I wish non-smoking rooms didn’t smell of smoke but perfectly clean and not too bad with the window open. Parking convenient. We were there out of season but looks like a great location for skiing.

VIP1 de kaldık. 2 kişi 1 gece 240 tl ye kaldık. Gece şıp şıp durmayan bir ses vardı. Çözemedik. 3. Kata kadar asansör sonrası 4. Kat yani çatı katına bavullarımızı merdivenden taşımak zorunda kaldık. Banyo ve oda kocamandı. Yatak iyiydi. Banyoda küvet vardı. Ancak duş almak demek her yerin ıslanması demek. Çünkü cam / kabin yoktu. Otopark mevcuttu. Kahvaltı orta. Çeşit çok ama soğuk yiyecekler. Sıcak çeşidi azdı. Beklentiyi düşük tutarsanız memnun kalabilirsiniz.

The hotel is a skii resort type of hotel very clean and practical. Everything is as advertised, it is located at the foot of the mountain so it is a bit far from the city centre, but if you are driving it is perfect

The room was big and spacious. My booking was inclusive of dinner and restaurant staff prepared very delicious food for us. Breakfast was moderate with limited items. Internet signal was not good in the room but ok in the lobby.

Ağzı açık kalan bir mazgalda çocuğum yaralandı
13.08.2019 Günü ailemle birlikte bu otelde bir gecelik bir konaklamada bulunduk.Otel genel olarak temiz değil.Personel oldukça ilgisiz.Kahvaltı vasat.Bunların hepsi bir kenara koyacak olursak,sabah saatlerinde otelden ayrılmak için recepsyonda çöküş işlemlerini yapmak için beklerken,8 yaşındaki oğlum otelin hemen giriş kapısının yanındaki yerde açık bırakılan bir mangaldan ayağı içine girdi ve ve düştü.Bu sebeble ayağında çok ciddi kanamalı bir yaralanma meydana geldi.Çocuk ayağındaki bu yaralanmayı görünce fenalaşır bayıldı.Ben çocuğumu lobide hem ayıltmak için bende ayağındaki yaralanmadan kaynaklanan yaratı pansuman yapmaya çalışırken,otelden hiç bir yetkili bize yardımda bile bulunmadı.Otelde doktor varmı diye sordum yok dediler.İlk yardım çantası sordum,içinde bir bant bile bulunmayan on yıllık bir ilk yardım çantasını recepsiyondaki çocuk bana verdi.Al ilini gör diye.Otelde yetkili birilerini sorunca baba hiçbir yetkili yok dediler.Kısacası otel lobisinde baygın halde yatan ve ayağından yaralanan bir çocuk varken kimsenin biİmle ilgilenmemesi ve üstüne üstelik bu ağzı açık bırakılan mazgalın sebebini oteldeki tek bulunan kişiye sorunca yapabileceğim bir şey ti diye yanıt verdiler bana.Tam bir rezaletti.Ödememi yapıp faturamı isteyincede bana şimdi fatura veremiyoruz blz size sonra ulaştırırız dediler.Bu kadarında pes doğrusu dedim ve ayrıldım.Münakaşa adip hakkımı arayamadım.Çünkü acılar içinde bana bakan bir çocuğu hasteneye getirmemek gerekliliğinin bilincindeydim....

Otel ciddi anlamda temiz ve lükstü. Özellikle odaların temizliğine hayran kaldım her şey çok yeni ve güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve alakalı davrandı. Yemekleri çok güzeldi. Tekrardan gidecek olursam yine bu otele giderim..

Elektrik Kesintileri
Geldiğimde elektrikler kesikti, 4 saate yakın elektrik,sıcak su ve kaloriferler çalışmadı. Odalar biraz eski ama idare eder. Gece karnımız acıkınca atıştırmalık birşeyler istedik fakat yanıt yine olumsuzdu. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.
