Located at the end of the port of Erquy, renowned for its scallop fishing, Cocoonr Agency offers you this apartment overlooking the port and the resort's pretty little bay, with its beautiful beach.
Le Batelier is a bright apartment, completely refurbished in 2020, featuring a sea-view living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, bathroom, terrace.

- A bright living room with a breathtaking view of Erquy harbor, furnished with a lounge area with sofa bed, television and a dining area with a table for 6.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed 160x200 with harbor view

Erquy stay
The apartment was clean and well located. Air conditioning would have been very helpful as opening the windows was impossible at night due to noise.

Nach 45 Jahren endlich mal wieder in Erquy gelandet! Eine tolle, sehr sauber Wohnung direkt am Hafen! Top renoviert, genau wie beschrieben. Auch der Empfnag durch Marvick war sehr gut! Leider gingen die Tage in Erquy viel zu schnell vorüber! Au revoir!

(Zones bleues limitées à 20mn) Heureusement je n’ai pas eu de problème en cette saison hivernale. Some minor down points: - kitchen shutter wouldn’t open so a bit dark - bedroom and loo light only worked intermittently - bed linen was drying over the furniture when we arrived - we expected to bring our bed linen and towels but there was no bathmat or tea towels and there was only a tiny amount of hand soap, washing up liquid, and loo paper so we had to go shopping for essentials on the first day. Location could not be any better for coastal walks, beach and restaurants! Overall it was a great stay"

Dommage que la gestion de l’appartement ne soit pas 🙂 1- La vue est superbe. 2- L’appartement est fonctionnel. 3- Le stationnement sur le parking public à côté était pratique. 🙁 1- Seul un ménage très très sommaire avait été fait avant notre arrivée, de plus, les lits n’étaient pas faits et recouverts d’alaises sales (poils, tâches, cheveux…) Décevant après 8h de route, 2h de ménage requis avant de pouvoir s’installer… 2- Des problèmes électriques génèrent clignotement et extinction des lumières des toilettes et de la chambre des enfants (conciergerie informée en début de séjour mais aucune action prise). 3- La terrasse arrière est charmante mais pas entretenue. De toutes façons, elle est difficilement utilisable car aux heures des repas, les odeurs des arrières cuisines des restaurants voisins y sont très intenses."
