"Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails."

"Unsere drei Kinder und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Es bestand ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und sehr zum Wohlfüllen eingerichtet. Das Außengrundstück samt Pool ist traumhaft schön!"

"Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten (Ski, Wandern, Radfahren etc. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen hohen Standard. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Der Blick aus dem Wohn-/essberei h ist wunderschön. Haus war bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Die Treppen waren nicht gewischt und deshalb waren noch Dreckreste vorhanden. Heizungsanlage (Fußbodenheizung) war sehr träge und deshalb nicht gut einzustellen."

"Wonderful house. Great Amenities and the Views are spectacular. Host was pleasant and responsive. Had a wonderful time in Chiemsee. Paddleboarded on the lake, Golfed at the the course and ate at and wonderful restaurant just up the street. Loved our time their. Great House and Host!"

"Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft über Pfingsten mit 13 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Babys. Lage ist okay, das Haus ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Über 2600 Euro haben wir für 3 Nächte gezahlt, was leider nicht gerechtfertigt war. Folgendes mussten wir bemängeln: -Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt -Keller war voller Müll/ kaputter Möbel -am Billardtisch fehlte 1 Kugel -1 Queue war kaputt -Spinnweben an jedem Fenster -defekte Tür durch die es 3 Tage lang gezogen hat -Licht im Ofen...

"This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. The road noise was a bit intrusive particularly at night and the road was incredibly busy but apart from that the location is good. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
