"This property is located close to the water at St George’s Basin. My first impression was a closed gate to the driveway that was covered in more cobwebs than I’ve ever seen. The same for the gates to access the front door & back doors. (I cleaned these). The screen door at the main entrance was filthy & so were the windows in the main bathroom. "The house had a very musty smell as though it had been closed up for a long time. The lawn was long and needed mowing. There was no powder or tablets for the dishwasher and the dish brush was black with mould. There was not enough toilet paper to last for our stay. The outdoor furniture was tired and dirty."

"We booked the lovely house in a last minute for a quick getaway from work. We really enjoy every minute during our stay. There was plenty of firewood and we kept the fireplace running since we arrived middle of winter. The private jetty in front of the house was so perfectly situated on the peaceful lake. One thing to be aware. The neighbour few houses down don’t seem to like dogs and is very rude and aggressive. And also, theirs a lot of kangaroos hanging around the property, we love to see...
