Most people wish to get to there place of stay and relax briefly but we were forced to go get toilet paper immediately. The towels were an extra charge which was fine & expected but having to wait an extra day as the building was closed was inconvenient. "The hotel insisted we hadn’t paid when we arrived despite my proving i had paid 6 months previously. VRBO couldn’t/didn’t help and despite talking to an agent who said they would be back in touch no communication was received. The host eventually turned up at the hotel after we were in bed. Also turns out that the host charged us more than the hotel would have done - an extra £50 over the two nights. The hotel is brilliantly located but apart from that it is very very basic and like walking back...

"Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft die eigentlich gar nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Einfach unkompliziert und angenehm. Der Garten ist richtig groß und schön, und praktischer Weise auch eingezäunt so dass Kinder und vierbeinige Familienmitglieder nicht einfach rausschlüpfen können. Die Gastfreundschaft gegenüber Hunden hat uns besonders gefreut da das nicht bei jeder Unterkunft der Fall ist. Für Aktivitäten ist auch gesorgt, z.B. Tischtennis, Billard und Brettspiele und...

Schubladen im Badezimmer sind locker. Die Dusche läuft aus. Der Grillrost war nicht zu benutzen (zu dreckig). Im Grill auch noch Kohle Reste vom Vorgänger."

"Ans and Sander were the perfect hosts and looked after us extremely well during our five-week stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The house is very comfortable, with all amenities and the weather allowed some swims in the pool. There are lots of pretty villages not far, and larger towns with good shopping, plus excellent rail links to visit other Dutch areas and cities (we loved Lingen, Delft and of course, Amsterdam). We will definitely be recommending this gorgeous Dutch home!"
