"Very clean and friendly staff. Only the last day had unpleasant experience with one of the waiters at the restaurant whielst having breakfast. She was a young girl and a bit rude. Apart fro. That loved our stay. The hotel is a bit outdated and housekeeping wasnt great. Had to ask for everything and the roo. Wasnt stocked properly. The staff i general were very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean. The restaurant food was great and the staff were professional. "

"The hotel is situated on the Manly beach front and very conveniently located for shopping and eateries. Our room was clean but very small. The hotel had extremely noisy parties with loud bands playing on Saturday night until 3am making it impossible to get to sleep. "
