Great Location Close to Boulder & Denver
Our group were in town to see CU Football game. The house was great for our group of ten. The host provided all the info for accessing the home the week of and the house was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The location was great. The house is located in a nice community with easy access to both Boulder & Demver. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area again.

Christmas by Boulder
We were a party of 11 with two infant children and the house was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas 2024 together. Clean, warm and very well equipped. Grandparents from Florida so didn’t know if they would stay warm in such a large house but it was perfect. We didn’t have kitchen towels when we arrived but they were very quick to provide them when I asked. Great communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this house.

Family Wedding Celebration!
What a great week in Erie Colorado! The house did not disappoint! The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding in Longmont. The trails were great for a walk in the morning and evening! The house was clean had everything we needed and made our first visit to Colorado amazing!! Thank you for a great stay!

Great for a big group!
This property in Erie was a great place for a big group. It's in a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants 7 minutes down the road. Was centrally located while we were visiting people in Lafayette, Denver and Fort Collins. We had 2 families stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 3 levels in the home, lots of areas to sit in, to watch tv and to work. Had a big open kitchen, all bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to make food. We also loved that there was a trail system across the street to walk through. Host was also very nice and communicative!

Great House and a Great Host
We were visiting Boulder for my daughter's wedding and this was the perfect home for my husband and I to stay along with other family members in town for the special occasion. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The layout of the house is great for guests to congregate as well as have private spaces. The kitchen was well equipped. We found the home to be conveniently located between the Denver International Airport and Boulder. The drive into Boulder provides panoramic views of the mountains. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Thanks again for helping to make this an amazing trip.

An enjoyable reunion among friends where there was plenty of space to relax/rest and get ready for all of our outings. Near Louisville and Boulder. Sleep/bedroom and bathroom accommodations worked out well for 5 couples. Did not cook/eat in (or stay in the home much), based on our itinerary/activities/events offsite. Would stay here again.

Great accommodations for a large party
Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride.

Colorado Vacation
I brought my grown kids on a vacation and they loved the house. It pretty much had everything we needed. My guys used the basement space to play PlayStation. We tried to watch movies but there was no remote to watch regular tv. We visited Estes Park and Denver bc of its close proximity’s. I personally loved Erie’s area. Home is in a great neighborhood.

Clean, spacious and modern looking property.
11 friends stayed for our Ruby reunion. Place as a whole was well furnished and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t cook much. The neighborhood was quiet, we appreciated the very close by walking/biking trail with the mountains in the far background. Boulder down town was an easy drive. The 2 pullout beds in the living areas as listed was not available. We had to adjust with the futon in the master; we didn’t have enough towels and body wash but the local rep dropped off the same in a few hrs after we contacted them. All in all a pleasant stay.

Slightly disappointed
This house is very spacious as it states but is not very well stocked. We were only provided with 6 bath towels, not even enough for the number of guests we had. I was staying there for my son's wedding and the last thing that I wanted to do was laundry. I could not find any kind of dish rags or towels for the kitchen. The trash can was tiny so we were constantly taking out the trash. The pictures showed a projector in the basement which was not there. The kitchen was not very well stocked either. No big bowls or storage containers to put food in. The house is spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood but needs to be stocked better.
