"We stayed for two nights at ELaiolithos and it was a highlight of our time in Greece. From the photos on this site, you can see that the location is stunning in the mountains of Naxos but what you can’t see is the incredible hospitality provided by Helen and her team to make you feel welcomed and like you are experiencing a bit of real life in Naxos through the food and suggestions she offers you. We also appreciated the queer-friendly hotel and staff. Our suite was comfortable, well-appointed and luxurious. We chose ELaiolithos because we wanted to stay at a hotel which was situated well for hiking and exploring the villages of Naxos. Helen, the owner, provided great suggestions on where to hike and what to see during our days there. I recommend the hike through olive and citrus groves and many villages in the area. Another highlight was the food! The restaurant has plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free diets and these dishes were never lacking in anything or didn’t feel like they were a substitution — they were fully thought out, purposefully vegan meals which were some of the best we had in Greece. The locally-focused menu was really special and let us try the flavourful herbs, cheeses, yogurt, and vegetables from around the island. I’d highly recommend ELaiolithos for a relaxing getaway with great access to hiking, interesting villages, great food, and incredible hospitality. Thank you, Helen!"

"We visited September 2024 with a large group of 9 adults. The property was exactly as pictured and so spacious we didnt even spend time in all the lounge areas. We loved sitting outside playing games and sharing a meal. The port area was an easy 15 min drive. Communication with the host was great as well. We would come back in an instant and stay here! "

"We had trouble finding the property, which is not an easy drive up narrow roads. Directions would be helpful. Once there, we were warmly greeted by Konstantina who showed us around. She left a delicious platter of cheese and tomatoes, a bottle of wine and some water - a nice touch. She was always on hand to answer our queries. The apartment was clean, stylish and generally well equipped for self catering. The rooms were comfortable and the outside space was perfect for dining and watching the sun set. The hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing after a day out exploring this beautiful island. Konstantina had recommended Story Cars and they were excellent. They met us at the port with our car and collected it there when we left. We would highly recommend this property for those wanting comfort and seclusion. Thank you Konstantina for a great stay. "This property is magnificent, surpassing anything I have experienced in other rental housing I have utilized on vacations in many locations. The interior of the property was spacious, well appointed, and yet simple in design. I appreciated the fact that there were fantastic spaces to be together communally. I particularly appreciated the privacy that was provided by the sleeping areas. Downstairs is a master bedroom with an attached bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. All bedrooms were extremely comfortable with nice firm beds and ample built in wardrobes including drawer space. Outdoor space was beautiful. There are balconies both downstairs and upstairs. These spaces are well appointed, and comfortable places to just relax or to dine. The landscaping is well done. The owners of the property were extremely accommodating. Our host was in contact with me from the time I booked the property offering help. She was available throughout our stay, though the property is so well done, there was minimal need for contact while we were there. Yet it was nice to know that she was available. You wil need a car for this property, a standard shift for the terrain, But parking is good in town, and you will want a car to explore the rest of the island."

"Great house. Nice shaded area to eat outside. And plenty of other terraces with views over the countryside and village opposite. Inside also good, everything we needed. It was well laid-out: nice views from every room and we could have a decent breeze in the heat. Location is at the back of Glinado, an easy walk away from the bakery, and small collection of village shops. The village is short drive to nice beaches, and far enough away from the busy Naxos town."
