Our 60 m² apartment is located, separate, on the 1st floor of a detached house in a quiet location of a newly built district on the eastern side of the city Erfurt. The bright and friendly Non smoking apartment has a living room with balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen. You can reach the tram connection within an 8-minute walk, which will take you to the supermarket, beverage market, butcher's bakery, café and bank in 2 minutes or to the city center, the Anger, in another 8 minutes. From there you can continue in all directions. We, your landlords, live in the ground floor. Parking is available.

Haben schöne 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Salamander verbracht, nette Vermieterin, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man so braucht, aber wirklich alles. Mit der nahen Haltestelle der Straßenbahn kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Erfurt schnell und kostengünstig erreichen. Also nochmals: voll und ganz zufrieden

sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo in Erfurt
Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo im 1. OG eines EFH im Erfurter Stadtteil Ringelberg. Man hat die gesamte Etage für sich, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad (mit Dusche und Badewanne) sind für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Ausstattung top, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner waren da. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sie bewohnt das EG und ist stets erreichbar. Genug Parkplätze in der Umgebung, fürs Aus- und Einladen kann man vor die Haustür fahren. Eine Stadtbahn-Haltestelle in Laufweite sichert die Anbindung an die Erfurter Innenstadt. Sehr ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstraße in der Nähe ist, trotzdem von der A4-Abfahrt Erfurt Ost in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Aus unserer Sicht eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der BUGA-Stadt Erfurt

Selbst in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns erholen. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Vermieterin, Frau Matthey, ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Fam. Krause aus Schwerin
