Wir machen gerne Urlaub in der Nähe von Großstädten, suchen aber immer eine ruhige Lage zum entspannen, trotzdem mit Anbindung an den ÖPNV. "This unique property 10 minutes outside of Munich Marienplatz in the peaceful community of Gräfelfing. A 5 minute walk from the s-Bahn (S6), with a great bakery, post office, and grocery store along the way, the S-Bahn was easy to navigate even during the very busy Oktoberfest. "The property and location were great with easy access to public transportation. Plenty of space, great patio, with three bedrooms. We were given the wrong address in the check-in email and had to tow our luggage an additional 20 minutes after finding the right spot via google maps as the hosts hadn't responded to my message. We also weren't given check-out instructions and didn't know where to leave the key despite sending a message through VRBO and WhatsApp as we were told there was only one...

"Close to train station, Christmas markets and plenty of bars and restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating. "

"Everything was built around convenience at this wonderful estate. The host is extremely accommodating for special requests like providing a crib and baby seat, not to mention the beers ready for drinking in the fridge! We loved our stay and the kid loved talking to the surrounding farm animals. Will 100% be returning to this beautiful place."

"This place is in a great location on a train route to Munich (45 minutes to Marienplatz), or the other direction to Tutzing, which is a cute lake town worth visiting. Also situated a nice day trip away from Neuschwanstein. For Americans, take your power adapters, there were no USBs to plug into at the place. The dryer has a reservoir that collects water, that is different from American dryers, a tip if your clothes don't seem to be drying. We had fun playing the fussball game downstairs."
