When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. "I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"

"Martina and her family were extremely welcoming. She was full of recommendations, tips, advice and was available when we needed. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. Within walking distance to Herculaneum with gorgeous Mt Vesuvius in the background when you walk out of the property."

"One must have a car. There are no one to let you in so if you do not have access to phone plus your email from the booking then there is no way to get access. Room is ok, bit of mold and damp wall can however be seen. Water pressure super low, but enough for a brief shower. "
