"All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. "

"You have to remember that this is a very remote location. On basis of that the food is very good. The setting is amazing so peaceful. The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day. "Incredible views! Get the room with the view. It's very peaceful here, staff are attentive and welcoming, on-site restaurant is great. Room was also great, although fan very loud in our particular room - maybe an old fan that needs replacing. Otherwise 5*"
