"We were supposed to stay as an 8 person group and go to the races. With the weather, races were cancelled and most of our group decided not to go. Asked the host for some ideas, and they were very responsive. My husband and I went for a quick weekend trip. The first night we walked the 4 blocks (or less) into downtown Georgetown and had a ball. Drove the 20-30 mins into Lexington for Saturday and went home Sunday. It was a great location. Very clean. Hosts were super responsive. Location was easy to find. I think if all 8 of us had hung out for the weekend, it might have been cramped but it was a get out and go trip no matter what and it would've been perfect for 8. No complaints. "

"We enjoyed our stay while attending a competition at Kentucky Horse Park. The house is well laid out and had plenty of space and very clean. Located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and many conveniences and attractions. Kitchen was appropriately stocked, bathrooms had ample towels and the shampoos, soaps and other goodies were a nice touch. Beds are very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a quick bourbon trail trip and had a great time. The cabin is conveniently located and easy to find, and the host made it easy to get settled when we were arriving late. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen/bathroom supplies and found the place comfortable and well-suited to our needs. We would definitely recommend!"

"We were down there for the March Madness tournament in Lexington and dediced to stay North in Georgetown.This property was built in the 1800’s but Brent did a phenomenal job of updating it with a modern touch. Plenty of room to hang out, the hot tub was nice to use, and the garage space was cool. Each individual (10 of us) had their own bed which was nice.Would highly recommend to anyone.Brent was extremely reachable and always replied back in a very timely manner. It was great meeting him when he briefly stopped by the property to work on the hot tub. Thank you Brent! "

"My family of 5 spent 4 nights in this home and I cannot say enough great things about it!! The house itself is beautiful--the pictures do not do it justice. It has been completely remodeled and no detail was missed. Both bathrooms are beautiful and have thick, wonderful towels, a hair dryer and a starter set of toiletries. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, have very comfortable beds, great bedding and tv's. The living room has plenty of places to sit and a great tv with surround sound. The outdoor area is private and so relaxing. The fire pit, string lights and grilling area were a favorite for us. The kitchen in this home is the star though. Not only is it beautiful, it is the most well stocked kitchen you will find in any vacation rental. The owners really thought of everything that you will need! There was a full assortment of spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, parchment paper, several kinds of coffee, coffee syrups, creamers, sugar and the list goes on and on. I was super impressed! The kitchen also has a huge island with seating for 8 people. We really enjoyed the location as it was in walking distance of downtown Georgetown and its cute shops, about a 20-25 minute drive to Lexington for our visit to Rupp Arena, and just over an hour to Louisville. Last, but probably most important to me, the communication with our host Mark was exceptional. Mark was super responsive, checked on us periodically and gave great local recommendations."
