"We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. We will continue to use this hotel in the future. Its location next to the M83 is ideal as we just pull off the motorway, have a meal and a good sleep, and then drive straight back on to the motorway to continue our journey. "

The building is loaded with charm, and some quirks due to it's era, yet is has been modernized in the areas that are important - the bathrooms. "What a lovely four-star hotel at a two/three-star price. 50 steps from Colmar Railway station, and about 15 minutes walk from Little Venice and Vieux Colmar. Big comfortsble rooms and beds, fantastic breakfast buffet, and good service."
