"What a find! The owners have combined their family heirlooms with modern facilities most charmingly in their farmhouse. Beautiful gardens and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces. A most sympathetic and friendly hostess. Our evening meal was home cooked with vegetables and fruit from their potager. This will be our default stopover and we fully intend to stay a few nights and explore the area by bicycle in the future."

"This place is such a beautiful hidden gem! Nicole and her husband were so warm and inviting! They facilitated an early checkin and provided a delicious wholesome breakfast. Everything was beautifully presented and unique. The room was immaculate - one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The room was equipped with everything we needed, it was warm and comfortable and we slept well. The property is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning. "If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. "We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must.
