Very nice hotel in the centre of city Epen.
The hotel is located in the center of the city and has very good access to public transport. In the hotel there is the possibility of renting bicycles and the beautiful landscape invite to walking. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen fantastic. The only drawback: The parking facilities are quite far away from the hotel and there is no help with luggage transport, which is quite difficult.

A cosy hotel in the center of Epen.
The hotel itself was cosy and inviting with a nice atmosphere in the common areas. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. However, there was a drain smell in the bathroom. In the morning I found a bristletail on my bedside table, which could point towards a moisture problem in the room.

Hotel très cosy, très beau paysage environnant
Cet hôtel à 30 minutes en voiture d'Aix la Chapelle (nous sommes venus pour son marché de Noël) est vraiment très chaleureux, avec de jolis décorations de Noël, un salon de lecture avec sapin et feu de bois et un paysage bucolique (moutons, joli relief vallonné ce jour là sous la neige) accessible par un sentier qui démarre juste derrière le parking. Le restaurant est excellent !!!! Nous avons été surpris de le voir quasi plein alors que ceux des autres établissements du village étaient déserts. Mais vu la qualité du service, le prix, l'abondance (le menu à 34 euros = hyper copieux !!! Trop, même. ) et l'atmosphère, rien d'étonnant à ce qu'il remporte autant de suffrages. Excellente note aussi pour la literie. Le genre de lit sur lequel on se vautre dès l'arrivée et que l'on a du mal à quitter après. Personnel souriant. Petit déjeuner inclus très copieux avec tout ce qu'il faut et plus encore. Parking paysager éclairé très satisfaisant. Hôtel avec ascenseur.

Hollänska Alperna?
Lugnt ställe för par som gick promenader i Hollänska "berg" lugnt och trevligt. Bra parkering och ca 2 timmar med bil till Amsterdam. Trevligt hotell som drivs av en familj.
