"This hotel was a RIOT! Let me first say, would *absolutely* stay here again. Stayed with young kids in summer. Convenient location via subway/bus to train station, zoo/palace (15-min walk to edge of palace grounds), downtown, etc. Lovely, safe neighborhood; grocery store just steps away. Had read reviews & knew the exterior of the building did not reflect the quality of the room inside. However, the outside & entrance of this building is SO rough & derelict-looking, that even our Uber driver...

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. "We had a fabulous stay in Nasselgasse 9. The only thing that could be better was that there would be nice if there was instructual manuals for the dishwasher ,the window blinds and the sofabed. We did figure it out but it would been better if we knew so that we didn'thave to worry that we might brake something . There would also be nice if there were hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Ather than that everything we're great 😃👍"

"When we arrived at the apartment, everything seemed pleasant enough. Anyway, the TV wasn't working properly so I informed the man on the check in desk. He was apologetic and said that he'd try and get an IT man to sort the problem out, and he offered my partner and I free breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Fair enough. But on further inspection, we found that the bathroom sink plug didn't do its job and a bedside lamp that had a plug on it but nowhere near to plug it in to. After telling this...

"The good thing is that it was directly across from the train station. However, the apartment was dusty, the patio had cigarette butts on the ground, and the inside hallway wall was very dirty. There is also a coffee machine yet no coffee available. There was only one fan yet there are two rooms. I would highly recommend when booking to choose the option with AC. We over looked this and thought it had AC and were pretty miserable at night."
