The Colombians are big supporters of soccer and watching a soccer game of Medellin Independente or Nacional in the Estadio in Medellin is a very special experience! 90 mins of singing, jumping, playing the drums and supportung the team. Be careful to go to the South or North area in the stadium, that's where the very extreme fans are. Seats in the Occidental and Oriental area are good places to watch the games.

Just inside the entrance to Medellin's botanical gardens you can get the regional specialty, bandeja paisa. While this traditional meal can be found all over the region, this spot in the garden's cafe is a great urban oasis where you'll hear more birds than buses. What is a bandeja paisa? It's sausage, ground meat, chicharon, fried egg, bean soup, plantain, avocado, and rice. I don't think anyone leaves hungry. #GoodEats

You gotta try buenellos with the Mozzarella ,I miss them ,I’m going to Columbian restaurant in town live to get some they are so good ,get them when they are fresh out of oil
