"The hotel suited our purposes and was convenient to public transportation and a pleasant daily street market. However, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. To their credit, they did not hesitate and moved us to another room. The second room we were given was comfortable, adequately large, equipped with a kitchenette, had a window that could be open to let in fresh air, and had a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was not a sense of cleanliness or attention to detail by the hotel - the bottom of the bathroom door was extremely water damaged and needed repair, one light fixture and art on the wall was crooked, and the holes and mismatched paint had not been attended to after replacing a light fixture in the bathroom. The front desk staff, however, was attentive and helpful."
