Lovely contemporary 1 bedroom condo Downtown

Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Put together with love you will enjoy the super comfy King size bed, Large Smart TV’s in bedroom and living room, Keurig coffee, full kitchen, microwave, ceiling fans, AC and Heater, Extra blankets, organic shampoo and conditioner, lotion, beach towels. The couch in the living room turns into a full size bed. There is private parking in front of the unit .Walking distance from coffee shops, tacos, bakery’s 5 min drive to the beach

The Space:
Very comfortable you will feel right at home
I have plenty of blankets, pillows. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face soap. Everything you need to feel at home. The couch in the living room turns into a bed. Full size TV’s in bedroom and living room.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole unit
If you need todo some laundry I have top of the line washer and dryer around back message me for instructions. 1 car gated parking very safe.

The Neighborhood:
Quit neighborhood 5 min from the beach and shopping centers

Getting Around:
Private parking in front of the unit

You will be provided with check in instructions the morning of your check in.
Combo for the door will be provided 15 min before check in.
