"Stayed with family in suite. It was really big. Apartment size with living room and bedroom. Shower was great but small Water temp pressure was great Conditioner shampoo and body wash towels are really rough however Living room has sofa bed within kichten and dining area Parking is reserved so we had spot available just parking lot is small so just gotta drive carefully Coffee shop in lobby and close to downtown area and food areas Also dog friendly hotel Will stay again "

"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. "Don’t expect a bougie, star rated, hotel experience. Very home like. Clean enough to be healthy and comfortable. Very local area not a tourist spot. The neighborhood is full of normal Ensenada life and culture, shops and food places. The owners share the kitchen with guests but we never crossed paths except on arrival and departure. Hubby speaks English, wife understands if you speak slowly. Both very nice. Not far from most attractions. Would stay there again. "
