"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. The privacy was also compromised, as the bathroom...

"Don’t expect a bougie, star rated, hotel experience. Very home like. Clean enough to be healthy and comfortable. Very local area not a tourist spot. The neighborhood is full of normal Ensenada life and culture, shops and food places. The owners share the kitchen with guests but we never crossed paths except on arrival and departure. Hubby speaks English, wife understands if you speak slowly. Both very nice. Not far from most attractions. Would stay there again. "

"The rooms we got were small but clean, the view of the pool was nice. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There’s a mini coffee maker in the room which is nice. No mini fridge but they do have an ice machine. Great staff, easy to walk around. Parking was easy, they have a parking lot across the street with security. The casino is a bonus. There’s an OXXO half a block up the street with good coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay here. This will be our first option next time we’re going to Ensenada again. "
