"The outside of the hotel is very nice, the inside is getting tired and the pool is covered by plastic ceiling to protect from the rain. Only 1 small aerea if you want the sun the hotel advertise providing bikes but during our 5 days there there wasn't any...always an excuse why none were available. Fatima at front desk was really trying hard to help and was the only one who spoke English. The restaurant staff was miserable which is odd as Brazilians are very smily and friendly. Room was ok but bathroom could be better small basin outside the lu/shower ! Not the best. "

"The hotel was okay, but I did not feel the photos were an accurate depiction of the condition of the rooms and amenities. We purchased the luxury triple and were surprised that it was very basic and small for 3 people to share. The balcony looked out on the parking lot. The outdoor seating area is also adjacent to the parking lot making it not very scenic. The pictures make it seem like it’s a brighter place and like the pool is more central but it’s tucked away behind the parking lot. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and friendly and the heated pool was nice for some of the cloudy days we were there. There was a good breakfast offered. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The property was very hard to find, it was hidden behind a restaurant and it wasn’t easy to find. THEY DIDNT HAVE TOILET PAPER, we had to buy our own. The towels were old, stained and there were holes on them. The room was very old and old installations, there was hair on the walls, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. Very expensive for the poor quality offered. Definitely do not recommend this terrible hotel. The people at breakfast were not friendly at all, wouldn’t even say good morning back to us. Nobody spoke English and there was a lot of tourists - due the NFL in São Paulo. Do not waste your money. "
