Checked in 10:30ish pm, the room was filthy, have pictures, saw a bug run across one of the beds could use my security lock on the door, bathroom had a bad smell! Due to having no where else to go at this late hour I left all my clothes and coat on, laid on top of bed covered up with a bath towel! Upset and worried about but ( making me itch ) was only able to fall to sleep around 2 am, woke up at 6am, decide if the room was that dirty the kitchen was probably worst so it just left and paid for breakfast at a restaurant! This hotel shouldn’t be offered through Expedia! Worst hotel stay of my life!

The stay was good. Nothing special. The staff was nice. The hotel room was outdated and could have been a little nicer but was quiet. The bathtub had the non stick bath matt removed but still had the glue part there. Easy access to the freeway.

The desk clerk was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. The coffee was a little weak but otherwise good hot food. We found the room to be clean but definitely outdated. The shower head stuck out of the wall and was unfinished. The door to the bathroom was in desperate need of a coat of paint and was hard to close.

Staff is awesome took care of my problem with no problem..room was very clean and neat,none of that musty smell from ac being off for few days..while room not occupied..very convenient for restaurants and close enough for ft worth and Dallas attractions,and away from the hustle and bustle..will definitely be back..work brings me there 3 days a month..

When I arrived, the front desk woman assisted me quickly and promptly, she was so friendly and helpul. The room was ok. The 1 chair in the room seated next to the window had the filthiest arms I had ever seen and the other chair at the desk had the entire seat material (pleather)peeled up. The plug for bath was in the corner and the liner in the tub was peeling up and you could see the cracked porcelin and rust, the handled was very hard to even get turned on. (I have stayed in some horrible hotels so these things werent deal breakers.)Now on to the bed, fantatsic pillows but when I went to lay down... the bed felt like a rock so yeah, i am currently on heating pad to follow up a tens unit for the current state of my back. However, the outside of the building is clean, quiet and well lit and located in close proximity of several restaurants and gas stations, right off the interstate. There was coffee and light breakfast variety for guests and the area was clean.

We were very disappointed in our room. We were there for 3nights and never had room service come to us. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. Our keys didn't work and, Also the microwave in our room caught on fire. I wouldn't stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN
We initially walked in the room and noted a horrible wet/mildew smell. The room felt damp. The red chair in the room was dirty and we didn’t even want to put our clothes on it in fear of what may get on them. The first night was awful. Bed was hard and miserable and since room felt “damp” there was not way to sleep well. We paid for 3 days. After second night we went to desk to turn in keys. We let them know we were leaving a day early because it was so uncomfortable and all we got was an “OK”. They didn’t care one bit that we were miserable because they got their money.

I felt like I was going to be on an episode of cops/reelz when we pulled into the parking lot. When we booked we were told it was a Wyndham hotel. Only to find out once we got there that it was a merely Days Inn. We were there for a music festival so trying to get reservations at a different hotel was next to impossible. Once inside the room we discovered that the smoke detector had been removed and only the hanging wires were evident. The sprinkler system head had a huge hole around it that could have been invaded by a camera and I didn’t feel safe! The TV was broken and barely worked with limited Chanel’s that had enormous lines throughout them. The bathroom was not exactly clean with hair on the door and sink and a weevil in the bathtub which we were initially concerned was a bedbug! This property has a ton of room for improvement. My only concern is that in a small town like Ennis, TX will they ever have the will to make it better!!!!
