"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. Staphane never failed to check on us and asked for ways to make our stay better. It has been 2 weeks since my husband and I left l’Atelier sur Seine and I still think about the scenic view from our balcony, the charm of the place and the friendliness of the hosts. "

"Fairly located, about 10 min walk from the Eifel tower and about 20 mins from the Place du Trocadero. Safe to walk around even at night. We walked back from the tower around midnight. Hotel was clean and nice that had a storage facility for your baggage for about 4 to 7 euros. I didn't like that the staff wasn't as friendly, except for the person who checked us in. I guess it was with the culture, from what I heard and experience on this trip."
