"Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine. The location is good because it is an easy walk to Neu-Ulm railway station and not too far to walk to the old part of town. The area is very quiet. A great place. "

"Nice hotel, a little old, however refurbished and rooms fully up to date. Hotel is in very nice area and you get 5 hours in the swimming pool with your room. Good breakfast - allthough scrambled eggs are standing from opening to closing - 4 hours. Restaurant could improve - food was ok, but ordered an Entrecote and got a flat ribeye - changed sides from french fries to patato salad, which according to the waiter was ok - but then - later with the bill a charge of 2 Eur for changing. I think this action explains the service level, we are at."

"A typical eighties experience. Nice hotel with nice staff, but the place is somewhat vintage. The TV is difficult to operate, wifi is close to non-existent, fans are loud. To reach your room you have to negotiate many stairs. But the price is right considering the location."
