"Most everything is great about this hotel with the exception of the elevator service. I love the quiet location, reasonable price, and easy access to many subway lines. The Italian restaurant at street level is quite good. Ask for a room on lower levels if you're willing to take the stairs. Elevator waits can seem endless."

"The location was great and had easy access to the subway. The Statue of Liberty was only about a 15 minute walk. The hotel was very clean. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable, but not too bad for a short stay."
