This is a unique property. Close to the famous Florida Gulf Beaches and amusements. You are renting a single, completely updated apartment. New everything including kitchen and bathroom. This apartment has a queen size bedroom, sleeps 2 adults comfortably. If you need additional room, rent both sides of this duplex, listing # 2071875. We are pet friendly, but there is a pet fee. Located just minutes from Englewood's famous beaches, on Manasota Key. The fast ferry to Key West is only a 45-minute drive to Fort Myers. Many amazing local restaurants are close by.

Update needed
Place was okay but it needs to be updated. Yard was unusable. Need new cleaning company. Property management was good. Owners were great when a problem arose. Took care of it things right away.

Close to everything
The property was close to everything that we wanted. Melissa was awesome to deal with and always accommodated our needs. If you end up going to Blind Pass Beach please look up The Beach Guy to rent chairs and umbrellas for the day.

Perfect for Us - Everything as Advertised
We could not have been happier with our first experience using VRBO. Everything was as advertised, the property was clean and the perfect size for our needs. We used it as a homebase for many activities in the area this week. Can’t say enough positive things about the experience staying here and interacting with the owners. If you’re in Grove City, Florida you should definitely consider this as a place to stay.

This property needs help
This property needs help. It is moderately clean. The exterior is unappealing. It is bleak and dangerous due to rotting boards with holes, nails sticking up, weeds, and rustic patio chairs. We had to buy a hammer and pound some nails in so our dog would not get injured. The television reception was extremely poor. Could only get one channel locally . Called for help and was told they don’t really know how it works.

Experience SW Florida beaches economically
The property is fully furnished, perfect location for what we wanted and met our expectations. It had all of the amenities we needed, very clean, and allowed us to stay in the area for a great price. We loved having a bbq grill and huge counter space to prepare our meals before heading out for the day. We were literally 10 min away from multiple beaches, close to bunches of restaurants, and tons of shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio, watching the sun coming up, listening to the cardinals. We had a wonderful time in SWF. Get out and explore! Our expectations for a property are well thought out and planned. We get out and go see/do stuff, do fun things, all while being economically mindful. Do your research, google, plan ahead. We were very satisfied with our decision and look forward to returning.

The location is on a very busy street which is concerning with dogs. The inside was very nice and clean. The outside had a bunch of nails popped up on the floor and when we told the owners, they didn’t care to hammer them down after letting us know they had a hammer with them. The bbq grill didn’t work and they expected us to buy the gas, which we didn’t and they eventually got a new grill and gas. There weren’t bbq tools and they wouldn’t supply them. The outdoor chairs and table weren’t useable to sit on.

Lovely inside!
It is obvious they have worked hard to create a updated new interior that is very comfortable. The deck and grill need work, and each apartment should have own thermostat. Melissa was very responsive, to our call and rectified an issue quickly.

We stayed 3 nights and felt safe, and the landlord answered our questions and issues immediately. If you are looking for a small spot near great fishing, swimming, and shelling, this is a great spot. It is an older home that has been tastefully refurnished. The kitchen is very nice, though we never really used it. For a short stay in Englewood area, it’s a good find.

A quiet retreat close to everything!
We were looking for a pet-friendly rental that wouldn't break the bank or skimp on the nicer things, and could not be happier with the choice we made! We loved it so much, we stayed an additional 2 nights to enjoy the quiet! Will definitely be looking for this rental availability when coming into town!! (Pooch loved the fenced in area!)
