New for seasonal rental and available for winter 24/25 Great location to spend winter in Florida. Park Forest is over 55 community with lots of activities and centrally located in Englewood to enjoy beaches, restaurants and shopping. Minimum 4-month rental. Standalone villa on the corner of Wekiva Court and next street past the clubhouse allows for easy access to the pool and other facilities. On entry into the beautiful, updated unit you will notice the lovely furnishings, gorgeous kitchen leading to separate dining area. Kitchen has modern stainless appliances and living areas are all tiled. The unit is very bright and offers everything you would need on vacation. Master bedroom has queen size bed, and its own updated shower room. There is a further guest room with queen bed, and another guest shower room. Nice front porch to sit and read a book and overlook the front garden. Home would be available for 4-6 months over the winter months and discount if stay is 5 or 6 months. Park Forest is a great location to enjoy either Englewood beach or Manasota Beach, and is a short drive up to Venice. So much going on over the winter months in the area to enjoy. (subject to HOA approval)
