Welcome to Stump Pass Place Resort adjacent to Florida's highly acclaimed Stump Pass State Park. Come as you are, kick off your shoes, and immerse yourself into this little tropical Paradise. Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key on The Gulf of Mexico, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well.

At our resort you will feel right at home the minute you arrive. From lush tropical landscaping to a spotless accommodation, we like to think we've thought of everything to make your stay both memorable and enjoyable.

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Stump Pass Place offers a boutique style vacation on the southern tip of Manasota Key. Included in your stay are bicycles, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, beach supplies, and much more. Stump Pass Place comes recommended by the locals and is a great spot for any occasion! With a unique location and unmatched amenities, we have everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Just a short walk from the house and you're inside Stump Pass State Park. This is where you will be going to the beach, launching the water toys, and making life long memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida! Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers and more!!

Lush tropical landscaping welcome's you to our home and leads you to your suite. Enter into the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

We love being steps from Stump Pass State Park! There are 265 acres of sandy walking trails and pristine beaches here. You can ALWAYS find a section of beach all to yourself. The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand, Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling at the point of Stump Pass for a truly wonderful experience, then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our Shell Cleaning Station.

If you've been here before, you know its allure. If it's your first time, get ready for a soul refreshing journey! Be sure to enjoy our beach cruiser Bikes, Stand Up Paddle Boards and Kayaks! They're FREE to use and included with your rental.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

Property was exactly as listed and their added amenities such as wagons, beach items, paddle boards/kayaks, bikes and so on made everything very convenient. Home is close to restaurants and stores. Beach is very quiet and peaceful.

Great place to vacation!
Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. So many amenities with this place. All you need is a bathing suit and all the rest is there down to the little coolers to take to the beach!

Summer Getaway
Great location with a neighborhood feel. The area is very relaxing and not too busy. Enjoyed many local eateries (Texas Best Barbecue was AMAZING) and attractions. Stump Pass Beach was amazing and never crowded. If you’re looking to stay in this area I would definitely recommend this rental.

Looking for a quiet spring break
We were looking for a beach vacation and we wanted to avoid the wild spring breakers! We were within walking distance and avoided the long car line to get into stump pass park. Rangers said that cars waited over an hour all day long to get in and we walked or biked in every time with no wait! The loacation is perfect! We looked for sea shells all day! We have never seen so many shells! Everything was great. The hosts have a very nice set up!

So many things to do
Our family stayed for 3 nights and never ran out of things to do. The kids walked to the beach 3-5 times each day and we had endless fun. I thought the kayak cart was going to be difficult to pull two kayaks, but once we found out how to properly balance the weight of the kayaks on top of the axles it was very easy to maneuver and we gladly went to the kayak launch multiple times. Plenty of amenities offered and looking to go back again next year.

Wonderful Stay
The condo was really nice and clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. The State Park was just a quick walk away and the local grocery was just a 5 minute drive. They had all the "Toys" you need to spend a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this to friends

Awesome and relaxing!
Great location and amenities (especially the bikes, kayaks and beach gear). Lodging comfort was good but could be improved by providing privacy blinds or curtains on the windows and central air or a better window a/c. We hope to return!

It was clean and offered a lot of amenities from kayaks and bicycles to beach chairs, toys and wagons to take it with. It was to small for the 6 people it said it could accommodate and not on the beach like it stayed. Overall was nice and would’ve been better suited for 4 people.

Very clean and inviting. Loved how there was privacy for all the units. Great idea of having a shell cleaning station. Took advantage of the outdoor shower. The ‘Toy Box’ room had everything anyone would need for the beach.

Quick Get Away
The property was great for us. We weren't planning to spend much time there, so we were looking for amenities and location, and this property was perfect. It was just right for a family with a double on-bottom bunk bed, pull-out couch, and a queen bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed gear and ready for quick meals. The storage was great, and parking was easy. We loved having all our beach accessories available without having to pack all the extras.

What a wonderful & Quaint place!! Pete was amazing to us and went above and beyond!
Everything was just wonderful! It was decorated very nicely with the beach vibe. All kitchen items & ppliances were newer. Laundry room was definitely helpful as well!! Loved our outdoor space and grill! The outdoor showers were so neat and we all used them frequently!! The bikes, beach toys, chairs and all SUPs/Kayaks were so fun! Thank you for a memorable stay and great hospitality!

Fun but chilly week
We were in Suite 1. It seemed dark due to few windows facing the sun. Pete was very responsive to an emergency we had and resolved it quickly. We especially enjoyed the glorious sunsets at the nearby beach.
