The Space:
Welcome to Manasota Key, the premier beach of the West Coast of Florida. The sleepy coastal community allows you to unwind on the beautiful white sands and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as well as Stump Pass Beach State Park, this unit offers everything you need for your beachfront vacation.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We provide for your stay the minimal amount of essentials to get your started, such as a paper towel roll, toilet paper roll, hand soap, dish soap, etc. Anything else you may need during your stay, the nearest shopping center is 10-15 minutes away from the property.

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

Great getaway
My daughter and grandkids flew in for fall break so we decided to get a place on beach for few days. Reservation was last minute! Condo was great we decided to stay additional day! Will definitely book again! Great place!

We just loved this place. It was our first time staying and it was great! Asked for another night and was able to stay. Grandkids loved being able to just walk to beach from room. Daughter had a broken foot and it was nice not having to walk will far for her! Will most definitely stay again!

Last minute getaway
Scheduled a last minute getaway and wanted to meet family at one of the local bars so only needed for one night. Owner was great to work with, unit was clean and even arranged a early check in. All we needed was supplied and a couple steps to the beach. Definitely will stay again!

Great location with beautiful views of the gulf! We were on the second floor and loved sitting on the balcony. Literally right on the beach and could easily walk back and forth from the beach to the room. Great little apartment for two.

Magnificent beach view!
The property was as described. The view from the deck and living room were perfect. The unit could use some updating but overall was comfortable for my husband & I. Check in was easy. The property is off the road so the only sound you hear are the ocean waves. We will definitely be back.

House was decent no real complaints we stayed for one night and it was everything we were looking for for a quick getaway! I appreciate the property manager allowing the short stay (: Perfect sunset view, steps to the water right on the beach and restaurants close by. Walmart o ot about 10 mins away which was nice too. Would recommend this place and area

If you are looking for beach front property, this is the place. Wonderful location. An amazing beach covered in shakes, was literally outside the door. Property is a little older but still nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I would return and recommend.

The VEIW & THE BEACH. This is a quaint & cozy place. Not fancy. But came with enough amenities to have a great stay. Was fairly well stocked with kitchen items, Had no problems making meals. No parking problems there is a place for company to park. Really very relaxing we loved our vacation

All about location
We booked this unit based on the location, and we were not disappointed. Can listen to the ocean while eating breakfast, or relax on the patio and watch the sunset. Unit is exactly as photographed in listing. Traveler tip, odd numbers are on second level, even numbers are ground level. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants. Area was quiet and just outside the busy area.
