Welcome to Chadwick Cove Marina on Manasota Key! Located within walking distance to everything the key has to offer. This brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath bay-front condo is 1500 sq. ft. and features an open layout with a large balcony expanding the length of the condo. Located on the balcony, directly off the kitchen is a large dinning table that can accommodate 8. Opposite the dinning table you can relax on the sectional couch with gas fire-pit, or enjoy dolphin watching on the rocking chairs. The master en-suite has a walk in closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom is located opposite the master allowing for added privacy and features a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds allowing to comfortably sleep 8-10! Quarts counters throughout with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need for your stay. From linens to dishes, we have it all. Englewood beach is located directly across the street allowing you to enjoy both the beach and the bay in one location. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a grill, tiki bar and fire pit. This condo is pet friendly with laminate flooring throughout.

Jim was a great host. Condo was super nice, great location, you can walk to the beach and walk to the restaurant la and bars. We will definitely come back again!!
We loved our stay in this perfect condo. The views of the bay were wonderful to wake up to and enjoy coffee every morning. Just a few steps across the street to the beach and local restaurants. We were welcomed by Jim who was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area!
We had a wonderful stay! The weather was beautiful and the condo was the perfect size to entertain family and friends. We live locally so it was the perfect staycation. The location of the condo is perfect for beach going and a quick walk to the restaurants and shops.
We booked a friends trip with the kids and had a great time! We were rained in for a bit, but besides that the beach was great and the host was very helpful and communicative. We are looking forward to coming again next year!

We all enjoyed our stay. The condo was adorable and we spent most of our time on the porch. We enjoyed the music from area restaurants while sitting on the porch. The beach is a quick walk and beach chairs/towels provided for use are a great bonus.
Whole family came to visit local family and decided to stay here because of proximity it the beach and restaurants. Home did not disappoint! Beautiful canal view and within a 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very updated interior with nautical theme. Loved every bit of it!
This was a staycation that more than met our expectations. The property was very bright, clean and comfortable. The decor is very well coordinated. The location was excellent, steps from restaurants and entertainment. The view from the balcony was spectacular and peaceful. The property manager was exceptional. We are already planning our next visit.
The 3BR condo was the perfect size for the 7 of us and the large outside deck area was our go to spot rain or shine. It truly was the perfect setup for all of us to dine, play games/cards and simply have talk time with each other. Having our boat docked right at the property was another huge benefit to this location. Plus we all loved that we could walk to restaurants/shops. Can you tell we had a wonderful stay? Thank you and we will be back.

We LOVED our first family trip to Manasota Key/Englewood Beach! The unit was just off the main bridge to the island and next to fun restaurants and shops. The beach was a quick 3 minute walk across and down the street. We enjoyed the view of the marina and intercoastal from the spacious back porch. The unit was well equipped with everything you could need (towels, beach chairs, K-cups, toiletries), and the beds were very comfortable. Our 4 children loved staying in the fun bunk beds. The hostess/host were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made wonderful recommendations! If you're looking for a darling unit within walking distance of the central area, this is it!
Everything was great for our 1 week vacation at Chadwick, Unit 1! The beds were comfy, we had our own dock slip and across the street from the private beach.
The only thing that I would say would be that the remote controls that control the lights and fans, also control the lights and fans upstairs and vice versa! Our lights would go on and off several times at 3am and at 8am sometimes throughout the week.
Also, we could also hear people upstairs running/walking. It could have been kids but even at midnight, it was really loud!
Other than those, we had a blast! I would highly recommend!
Erin is a fabulous host who went above and beyond. We originally planned to stay at the Chadwick Cove Marina property, but it was badly damaged by hurricane Ian. Instead of cancelling our reservation, Erin graciously offered to let us stay at their beach front property and then found another property so we could complete the reserved time for our stay. We absolutely loved the beach front property. It is exactly as pictured: Beautiful ocean views, gorgeous sunsets from the deck, clean, roomy, comfortable, fully equipped with everything we could have wanted and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and planning to return.
Very difficult to understand why the refund will only be issue on August 2 nd . How long it takes to check if damage was done to the property ? Three weeks ?

Christmas on Manasota Key
We stayed here for 11 nights over Christmas. We were visiting family in the area and needed a place to stay. It is a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Check in was easy but a little unclear as to which unit we had when we got there. The lock was a little wonky and the first night we did not realize you had a press a key to have it lock (it did not lock automatically). From then on, it often took 3 or 4 tries putting in the code to get it to work. Near the end of our trip, finally figured out how to clear it so only had to put in code one time. While it is close to the beach and restaurants, music can be heard from the White elephant in the afternoon and evenings especially on the weekend when it goes until at least 11 pm.
We had a couple of issues:
1. The place was not very clean. In fact, when we walked around, our feet turned black. Also, the dressers weren't wiped out nor the drawers in the bathroom. I did call Erin and she said they had a new cleaning company and she was dissatisfied. At that point, she did not offer to send someone out to clean the place. However, I called the next day and asked if she could send someone out to at least clean the floors. She did and they did a good job. They also did some extra cleaning and straightening up so she was responsive to our needs.
2. Some of the dishes felt greasy so I ended up cleaning a bunch of the dishes before using them. I suspect it was because the dishwasher did not clean very well as I found out later when using it for our dishes.
After the place was cleaned up, I felt good about the place and we had a comfortable stay.
We stayed in “The Main” and it was great! The place was very spacious and clean. All we brought was our groceries. We also brought out boat and we parked it right there in the marina. It was so nice to get up and walk out to your boat and take off for the day. Didn’t have to worry about leaving anything out to be taken. The security was on top of everything!! Everyone there was super nice and very helpful. We didn’t want for anything!! We will definitely be returning!!
Unit was perfectly located above the marina with access to private beach and pool next door (not noted in description but informed once on site). Unit is a bit outdated but everything worked great and the back deck provides beautiful views of Lemon Bay. Very friendly.
