Rooms had less wood and more concrete than expected. The church had strict opening hours and was only accessible with a museum ticket. "We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. "Beautiful historic hotel located right on the Rhine river and on the edge of the gorgeous old town of Stein am Rhine. The town was quaint and lovely. The room was modern and comfortable with amazing views of the river. Restaurants walkable. But the most amazing thing about this stay was the staff. So pleasant and kind. They came in special in the morning to make us breakfast and it was fantastic! I can’t wait to come back here. If you get the chance definitely stay here "
