"Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow."

"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. "This was the best part of our stay in Germany! The setting was gorgeous with a fantastic view of both the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. It was just what a pictured for a hotel in the Alps. We had a room the would accommodate 4 with a separate sleeping area with 2 double beds. Breakfast and dinner were available and were excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Thankfully everyone spoke English to accommodate us, tourists who do not speak German well."
