"The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The only thing is one of the faucets in the shower Turn from the Wall and need someone fix it then it doesn’t turn. "

"Great property but for the noise at night coming out of the Beefbar. The hotel anknowleged it though annd made up for it. The ski shop had limited options for ski rentals and the equipment was not the best I have seen in a 5 star hotel."

"The hotel is just across a small bridge from the Signalbahn tram at St. Moritz Bad. The breakfast buffet is substantial, as is the three-course dinner if booked. Great location for skiing. Free parking in their lot."

"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"Hauser hotel is a very convenient location next to the funicular to the Corviglia ski area. The rooms and amenities are basic however they are clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. "Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains "
