"The property is good my only problem was that there’s no elevator and my room was on the third floor and I have problems on my knees would of taken a first floor room if I knew there was no elevator, but other then that is nice "

"My entire family stayed for a week. Myself and my husband, two sons and their families which consisted of 6 teens up to the age of 18. It was amazing and kept us all entertained with swimming and hot tubing and playing pool and basketball and music and great tv. I cannot complain. Many many area activities. "This property is located in a nice location. It is close to lots of necessary stores and beaches. We rented both of the villas to house our families to celebrate the new year. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Victor was attentive to every question and need that arose on our vacation. On the island you may face challenges. The entire island had a power outage while we were there for over 24 hours. However, Victor made sure as soon as I called him to have someone there to get the generator up...

"Location is fantastic. Host was very accessible. Unit looked like the pictures and was very clean. There was rain and the parking area flooded a bit and it was difficult to access the entry. This is our second stay at Cocoloba and we will be coming back again. "
