"This place is far from lovely with no attention to detail. Furniture sporadically deposited in random rooms with a new kitchen that is little more than lipstick on a pig. Uncomfortable single beds, not a lamp or a bedside table to be found anywhere in the house. Owner is just out for a quick buck. Hotels.com need to inspect this place. Terrible experience save yourself and never stay here "

"The house was great as a base to stay for a larger group. We had 12 of us all together and we found we had most things we needed. It could use some more knives and forks but other than that it had everything you needed for a base. Two bedrooms are on the bottom floor and one had likely been an old living room due to the size of it. "Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "
