Stunning two storey holiday home with expansive sea views. This home offers spacious accommodation, a quality fit out and a landscaped garden. Comprising of 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite. Two living areas with TV, DVD & reverse cycle air-conditioning. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

An amazing view!
We had an amazing stay, thank you so much to our hosts! The view was spectacular, such a great spot to relax. Having both the front and back decks were great as you could utilise both spaces depending upon the weather and time of day. Couch was very comfy and clean. Just a couple of things as feedback ... As we used all the bedrooms, the couple that stayed downstairs found it a bit uncomfortable with no air conditioning downstairs and no toilet downstairs either. Two out of the four bedrooms didn't have any fans which we needed as the nights when we stayed were warm. There was also no empty shelves or floor space in the pantry to put our food and other essentials as the whole space was used up. Other than these things, we absolutely loved our stay.

A lovely property
This was a great 4 bedroom vacation stay! Unfortunately we landed on a weekend and as the hot water service had problems we couldn’t get it fixed until LJ Hooker opened. So had terrible cold showers in the mean time. However they got it fixed ASAP. The place was not very clean and there was a loose towel rod in the main bathroom so much so it wouldn’t hold the towel. Dirty windows don’t make for good viewing of the great sea views. There was also blood spatters on one of the quilts. Unfortunately we also had builders waking us up at 7am every morning g and making a lot of noise all day. So not the quiet retreat we had hoped for. The house is lovely though and if cleaned properly I would recommend giving it a go.

Beautiful views, but...
We had a lovely time, and the views were amazing. However the single bedroom upstairs had no hanging space at all; the downstairs single bedroom had no toilet ( and a couple of our group could not negotiate steep stairs in the night.) Also there was limited seating in the lounge area, and as there was no access to the pantry, we had to leave all our food etc out in the island and other bench top - not convenient for cooking! It was difficult for more than one car to park downstairs, we mostly parked in the roadside opposite. The picture and descriptor led us to believe there was room for at least one car at the top of the drive, but there wasn’t. Not really suitable for six older adults.

#GREAT VALUE HOLIDAY
This accommodation is quite good value considering the price and the location it is in. The house was neat and tidy and had all the amenities one could ever need, the view is amazing and the closeness to the coastal beach and town of Victor Harbour was handy. The only addition that would of made our stay slightly more comfortable was the bed we just used the main bedroom, but it was very low and quite non supportive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the trip.

Appealing property . Modern . Great for home share with two couples. Plenty of kitchen appliances, crockery and glassware. Light filled living areas. Spacious decking and out door eating area , sheltered for most weather.. highly recommended. Note. Could do with hand rail down steep path to front ramp.

Beautiful view & heaps of space for all
