The Space:
The main living area is open plan with two comfortable lounges and a large TV. The dining area is adjacent the lounge and has seating for six and bar stools at the kitchen bench.
The kitchen consists of a fridge/freezer, electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. This area has lots of light and looks out over the rear garden and the views beyond.

Split system air conditioner.

Children will enjoy the lovely family room with books and games which has access to the front timber deck. Or perhaps it is a great place for adults to sit quietly and read a good book.
Smart TV (with access to Netflix/Stan/Prime etc for those with log in details).

Bedroom one has a king bed, ceiling fan, built in robe and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and clothes rack.
Bedroom three includes a tri-bunk, a single bed and a chest of drawers.

The main bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer, with access to outside.

Enjoy afternoon barbecues on the expansive timber deck overlooking the stepdown garden.
