This was indeed quiet and peaceful. Room was spotless. Host was exceptionally responsive. Neighborhood was safe to walk around. Not far from ocean and good location for my needs. This was my first vrbo experience and based on this stay I would do again.

Great Cozy Place in Encinitas
Nice quiet place, very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Nice residential neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, freeway and beaches. Owner is very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect spot in Encinitas
This efficiency unit was perfect for my husband and I. Microwave, dorm-sized refrigerator and coffee pot allowed us maximum flexibility with meals. YMCA is walking distance! Very convenient location on a lovely quiet street.

Great little place, very nice host
I needed a place to stay for a few days on a last minute business trip, Dee's place is very clean and well appointed. She was a great host and accommodated me last minute, and left some breakfast croissants and coffee as well. It's in a quiet area and also very convenient to the freeway to get around. Overall great little place.

A great stay for a short weekend trip!
My best friend and I loved staying at Dee’s place for our girls trip weekend. If you are allergic to dogs it may not be for you, there were some traces of dog hair on the floor but we have dogs as well so we didn’t mind! Overall the room was clean, and perfect for a quick stay! :) Thanks Dee!

One More Great Thing
I have stayed here many times because it is so comfortable and convenient but the one thing I forgot to add is that the bed is VERY COMFORTABLE ! And the shower pressure is terrific. Two things I would be looking for even in a five star hotel.
