Great stay
This is a very nice property. Attached to the owner's house but very private and quiet. Nicely decorated and equipped. Part of a quiet neighborhood with close access to Encinitas and the beach. Would stay here again for sure. I was surprised to find a large Pickleball facility a block or two away, so if that is your game, bring your paddle! Bobby Riggs Racket and Paddle.

Incredible gem
What a beautiful place to stay! If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, and spacious place, I highly recommend. Not only did the space have everything you could need, but the love and intention that went into creating it could be felt -- which truly made the experience there so memorable. On top of that, it really is in a perfect location for exploring all the beaches and excitement -- we would come back in a heartbeat!

A sanctuary for my yoga reteeat
I had 5 restful nights in this beautiful, comfortable, cool and well-appointed (and quiet) ADU in Encinitas. Easy check-in. Every question was answered promptly. Everything I needed for my stay was provided and I really looked forward to returning and resting at this wonderful home. I hope I can return next time I retreat in this wonderful part of California!

We loved our stay! When we walked in, we were so happy with a beautiful decorations and layout of the place. It is so clean, so comfortable and very cozy. Marsha has thought of every detail so incredibly thoughtful. The towels were soft and clean. The bed was soft, And comfy. The plants in the yard are just beautiful. You feel like you’re in a botanical garden. We would definitely stay again.

Encinitas Visit
Our plans included visiting Encinitas, the coast and the San Diego Fair at Del Mar, staying here was the perfect location, the home interior had a beach feel and was very comfortable with a cool breeze while lounging between day trips. The stay was very pleasant and Marsha was a perfect host!

Quiet peaceful oasis
First the coordination with Marsha went very well. The few questions I had Marsha responded quickly. The property was only a short drive to the beach, but far enough away to get away from the busy beach and down town area. Very quiet and peaceful. The accommodations themselves were fantastic. Clean, modern, with a beach vibe. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was ready to cook if you so desire. Marsha stocked it with coffee K cups and filtered water. The family room was very roomy and comfortable, stocked with numerous games. Plenty of linens and towels. Didn’t get a chance to use the bikes or beach items. Spoke with Marsha a couple of times, was a real joy to converse with. When we return to Encinitas we will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I booked this cozy spot for our 20th anniversary. The location is perfect, close to the ocean and plenty of restaurants. The location is quiet and the host was very kind. We will definitely book here in the future.

Spacious and charming place for a getaway!
We enjoyed the creativity and charm of Marsha and Greg's property from the moment we stepped on to the garden path leading us to our getaway. Such beautiful plants on a property with a lovely family history! The high ceilings and many windows gave the expansive kitchen and living room area a bright and airy feel. The main bedroom was cute and comfy, too. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available, thanks to thoughtful and detailed stocking. Marsha communicated with us immediately any time we asked and was thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend it and hope to return!
