The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access.
Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
A perfect relaxing beach retreat; the oceanfront Townhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is just 40 feet from the path that leads down to Beacon's beach. We are literally just across Neptune from Beacon's. As they say less than a "stones throw." This is the only home in this area with a large oceanfront grass yard. The yard is perfect for families to comfortably spend time inside and outside together as well as have a safe place for pets. The home has just been completely remodeled inside and has an updated look and decor.
The home includes 2 assigned parking spots, 2 soft surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach. The bedrooms are well appointed, with a King bed in each room, large closets, TVs, and matching bedroom dressers. For larger groups, we have a convertible futon in the second bedroom, with sheets, pillows, and a blanket. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted for our guests.
The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town, with modern splashes of luxury and tons of eclectic soul. The cliffs across the street the boast views of the entire coastline and the path that leads down to world class, Beacons Beach. The home is also just blocks away from several great places to eat or have a drink.
It is a short walk to Coast Hwy where you will find unique boutiques, mouth watering Mexican food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store, and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only open-air market. At night, enjoy home cooking in your oceanfront rental, or check out one of the local neighborhood restaurants such as Public House, a small place serving up great food and drinks. Or maybe you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there since 1946.
Historic Coast Highway also just blocks away, is home to trendy restaurants, chic boutiques and art studios - great for walking around in the sunshine. The Old Coast Highway continues south through Old Encinitas, through the heart of our lost-in-time 'old downtown' - right past Swami's Beach. Legoland is only a 10 min drive (about 6 miles) and we are about a 30 min drive to Sea World and the San Diego International Airport. The San Diego Botanical Gardens are 2.5 miles away and is a very beautiful place to visit.
Beacon's is still a 'surfer's heaven' where you can watch the greatest surfers in the world practice their skills every day.
The entire condo is yours to use, including the large yard and plenty of beach supplies (two soft surfboards, 3 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and much more). Guests will have access to a shared garage/laundry room with 3 coin operated washers and 2 dryers. We are pet friendly with pre approval and payment of the pet fee.
We are on call for our guests if they have any problems with any amenities.

We are less than a mile to the Amtrak boarding area.
This property is amazing. The large Oceanfront grass front yard makes for one of the most unique beach homes available in this area, as well as the ocean view and wonderful sunsets. We are just across the street from Beacon's Beach Access. As such we are within ear shot of the Amtrak train. It doesn't bother most guests but we installed 4-pane windows for our very light sleepers. Most of our guests say that a fan is enough not to hear the train.
NOTE: We have a pet fee of $100 per pet up to two
1. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the OWNERS are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The OWNERS are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. NO PARTIES. Outside Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy of your neighbors. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will notify property owner immediately of any disturbances.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6. Only use furniture/appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
8. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances, furniture, and electronics for their intended uses. Appliances and Electronics are not guaranteed; Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refund due to failure. Refunds made if due to act of god (e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation, etc.)
11. Beach Equipment: Recreational beach toys/equipment is provider by OWNER. GUEST assumes all responsibility of provided equipment. Misuse of this equipment will result in removal from the premise at the OWNER’S discretion. Please clean all sand and debris off beach equipment prior to returning to the premise.
12. Abusive/Offensive language will not be tolerated. OWNER can dismiss GUEST at any time due to Abusive/Offensive language towards guests, neighbors, agents of the owner, as well as the owner.
13. GUEST shall not perpetrate, allow or suffer any acts or omissions contrary to law or ordinance to be carried on upon the leased premises or in any common area. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any illegal acts or omissions upon the leased premises, GUEST agrees to immediately inform OWNER and the appropriate authorities. GUEST shall bear responsibility for any and all illegal acts or omissions upon the leased premises and shall be considered in breach of this AGREEMENT upon conviction of GUEST or any of GUEST’S family or invitees, licensees, and/or guests for any illegal act or omission upon the leased premises- whether known or unknown to GUEST.
14. Laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Laundry hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily. Please keep laundry room/area clean at all times. Clear out all lint traps before/after every use. OWNER assumes no responsibility for any damage/loss to personal belonging.
