Spacious, single family home sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious home is fully furnished and professionally decorated, with every necessary amenity. This home features a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, beautiful travertine floors, and so much more! This home has an expansive living space, perfect for large groups wanting to spend time together. This unit also features a great 2-in-1 game table (ping pong and pool table). The oceanfront patio is also very large, and includes all furniture, a barbecue, and a private oceanfront spa. Central AC is available to help cool you off during those hot sunny days. This unit has a 2-car garage. You will not want to leave! The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the ocean, and a fireplace.

Overall great! Responsive management. Could use a little TLC on small stuff. Door adjustments, more towels, some weather worn paint. The place is right above the waves. Overall, terrific and everyone loved the place and the view. Very good for a group of eight doing a business retreat. Could use a garbage disposal.

Great floor plan for extended family - 8 good-sized bedrooms with king or queen beds. Open kitchen/dining/family room for extended family to spend time together. Fabulous patio with plenty of chairs and loungers. Beautiful bluff and ocean view enjoyed from the patio and main floor and 2 bedrooms on oceanside.

Home is perfect for a large group, views from the deck are amazing. Kitchen is well stocked. House could use an update and the hot tub is showing it’s age. But for a large group it was a great vacation.

Delightful Weekend!
This place is a dream! We had a celebration of birthdays for family and needed a way to get together. This house is big enough to accommodate 17 people plus at least 5 cars (parked on the steeet) and the all the stuff that comes with it! Check-in and check-out was super simple and the neighborhood was perfect. The Stone Steps beach is around the corner and was our lifeline! We LOVED it!

Great location on a cliff overlooking the Pacific with 120 steps to the beach about 8 lots away. And a FREE beach parking lot a half mile away at Moonlight Beach. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, must dial down noise at 9 pm. Some issues with a cold hot tub were eventually resolved--everyone did their best.

Perfect beach week
Great location with amazing ocean views from the main deck, hot tub and master bedroom deck. Easy 1 block walk to stone steps public beach access and less than a 10 minute walk to PCH for food, coffee, etc. Cooked a big Easter dinner and had all we needed for prep and dining for our extended family. We also enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Customer service was very responsive when we needed to ask about the breaker for the hot tub. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Wonderful stay!
Our stay was great. The unit did t have everything that was pictured. Window in the second ocean view room was cracked and ruined so couldn’t see through it very well. Many games and things to do do, pool table and table tennis was great for the kids! Kitchen seemed stocked! Had an overall wonderful time here. Beach access close by was closed. (03/23)

Amazing Outdoor Space
Lovely property which easily accommodated our group of 17 family members, ages 1 to 75. The ping pong table was well used by all. The well designed and stocked kitchen which included two refrigerators and ovens made preparing meals for a large group a delight. We were blessed with wonderful weather so the majority of time was spent on the deck or on the beach. Each morning and evening we were able to watch dolphins swimming in front of the property. A wonderful overall experience!

Golf Getaway
I have a group of 8 guys who do an annual golf trip and decided on the San Diego area for this year. We've been doing this for 7-8 years so we've seen quite a few VRBOs. The house was attractive to us for it's location and generous amount of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. We very pleasantly surprised with this property! Super clean, well appointed, and well maintained. We had plenty of room to spread out as well as good gathering places to chill. It was unanimous that this was the best house of all of our trips!

Perfect family gathering home on the beach!
We all loved staying here for our son's wedding at the Botanic Gardens. There was room for everyone, and the walls are incredibly soundproof, so even with kids playing ping pong downstairs, the rooms above were quiet. We could have used some small dressers so we didn't have to live out of suitcases. The kitchen is well stocked and the home was very clean. We did use the beach below the home and the older kids, ages 6-15, and the adults loved boogie boarding and body surfing. Everyone in our group, ranging in age from 6 months to 71 had a fabulous time!

We had my husbands 50th gathering with family and friends! House was perfect for the amount of people.... only difficult thing was no noise after 9pm... neighbor asked us to quit talking out on the patio so we basically couldn’t use the outdoor patio after 9pm (and we were not talking loudly).... otherwise house was beautiful and amazing!!

Amazing Rental
The rental house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. It fit 16 adults and 3 kids very well. The patio was great and it was only 3 houses down to the beach access. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a nice coffee shop as well. Check in and out time is a little annoying since your are basically losing a day by the time you check in at 4 and out at 10, but I get it, there is a lot to clean and they clean it well. The spa was hot and they had a pool/ping pong table as well as poker chips. The fire pit and BBQ worked well also. I highly recommend this rental to large groups. A bonus for families, the outlets were already child proof!
