The neighborhood is attached to the Encinitas Ranch Trail system with access to miles of trails. 5 min drive from Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Walking distance to the 101, Encinitas Library and Botanical Gardens. Entertain outdoors with dining table seating for 6-8 and adirondack seating for four and fire pit. Outdoor pizza oven that has been restored with Talavera tile. Luscious palm trees and plumerias in a gated private backyard with peek-a-boo ocean view.
